Darwi Kids Air Dry Clay, 500g White

Darwi Kids Air Dry Clay, 500g White – self hardening modelling clay, ready to use and hardens in the air. Therefore eliminating the need for curing or baking in a kiln or oven.It’s flexibility makes the clay ideal for children, as well as a good therapy / rehabilitation material for adults recovering from injured hands or fingers.

Characteristics:

• Homogeneous with a fine texture allowing the modelling of the most delicate details right down to fingerprints.
• Soft, opaque and does not stick to hands.
• No odour with zero shrinkage.
• Allow a minimum drying time of 24 hours per cm (depending on air humidity).
• Adheres well to most porous materials. Simply moisten the surface before applying the clay.
• Keep unused clay wrapped in the packaging enclosed in a zip lock bag. Store at room temperature.

Applications:

• Modelling, moulding & sculpting.
• No release required in moulds.
• Dry elements and components can be affixed to most surfaces with a water based acrylic glue (eg Darwi Super Strong Acrylic Glue).
• Wash used tools with water before the product dries on them.

EXTRA LIGHT moulding and modelling clay is white, extremely lightweight, does not stain hands or clothing, perfect for unbreakable decorative magnets, floating objects (with 2 coats of Darwi Varnish), mobiles, lightweight jewellery etc. Suited to the most delicate modelling work as fine as fingerprinting.

CERAMIC is a cold ceramic modelling clay. Very solid after drying, resistant to moisture, can be painted with acrylics, oil paints & Darwi varnishes. This clay dries very quickly.  Pack unused clay in cling film and a zip lock bag.
