Bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 110°C/230°F. Best left to cool in the oven and if baked at a higher temperature, use a tenting system. For example, two large aluminum trays – one placed upside down over the other as a lid, the cavity space inside. This will protect the piece from temperature fluctuations.
