Surgical Steel 6mm Flat Pad Post Earrings with Peg & Bullet Clutch Ear Nuts, 40/Pkg
- If the peg is too long and will protrude through the front of the earring base, trim the peg using flush cutters (as pictured).
- Option 1: Apply a tiny amount of Loctite Gel Control on the peg to secure raw polymer clay pieces onto it before curing, or alternatively;
- Option 2: Cure the base then drill a tiny hole in the back for the peg to go into, apply Loctite Gel Control onto the peg and insert into the drilled hole.
- A further step is recommended – cover the flat pad with a thin layer of clay on the side that touches the ear. Adhere the raw clay to the baked clay and earring pad with Kato Poly Paste before baking again.
