Kor Tools Acrylic Pattern Rollers are designed for use with polymer and precious metal clays.
For best results use the Kor Tools Roller Board.
Notes from Rick – The Kor Tools Roller Board provides artists the ability to smoothly & easily roll a Kor Tools Roller. It provides a firm grip and even pressure, avoiding Knuckle Bumps and other rolling irregularities.
Kor Tools are easy to use texture rollers made of hard opaque acrylic that has been machined with intricate designs to produce beautiful, intricate and clear impressions. Rollers measure 5cm (2 inches) in length and have a 10mm (1/2 inch) diameter.
Kor Tools Acrylic Rollers are created by Master Potter, Rick McKinney, founder of MKM Pottery Tools. After years of creating tools for potters, Rick McKinney realized many of his designs could also be transferred to the Precious Metal & Polymer Clay market. Rick has worked with manufacturers to develop and create tools for jewelry artists that would make beautiful impressions in all precious metal clays.
The Kor Tools Acrylic Pattern Rollers are easy to use. If you find the clay sticks then lightly spray the clay with water before applying the pattern with the roller. The pattern is applied by a continuous rolling motion using your fingers and palm, allowing you to make long patterns with no joins. It is also helpful to lightly rub your clay to adhere it to a tile rather than working on a surface that can lift.
The Kor Tools Acrylic Pattern Rollers and Stamps come highly recommended by Cindy who reviews them in the video below.
