Hand dyed vintage silk sari’s repurposed into ribbon available in a variety of beautiful colour combinations.
Varying between 10mm to 40mm wide: Sold by the metre.
These are hand dyed pieces and therefore will be colour variations. We have done our best to showcase the colours but cannot guarantee specific colours and locations of colours along ordered strands.

Turquoise Dream is an exquisite blend of calm, bluey green colours of light and dark tones blending splendidly with deep purple and touches of well hidden yellow or black lines.
This wonderful 10mm – 20mm wide ribbon, is made from shredding vintage sari fabric which is then sewn together in long strips before hand dying.
Fabulous for creating very different necklaces to compliment handmade beads. Or, use in freeform knitting and crochet, weaving, couching, wrapping or any type of embellishment. These fabrics, from India, are pure silk with occasional metal threads.
