Sculpey Technique Design Blocks

Sculpey Technique Design Blocks will help you achieve mokume gane, bargello and mica shift techniques quickly and easily. Use the 4 interchangeable ends with the ergonomic handle to create interesting and unique designs in clay. Includes dragging tool end and 3 attachments that have different shapes, lengths and widths to create varying designs.

Sculpey Technique Design Blocks come in a set that contains four different design blocks.  Each block measures approximately 80mm x 35mm while the comb measures 75mm x 60mm.

• Dots design block: Impresses dots of different widths in the clay. Perfect for mica shift, mokume gane and general texturing.
• Linear design block: Impresses a variety of different depths and widths in clay.  Perfect for mica shift, mokume gane and general texturing.
• Geometric design block: Impresses shapes of different depths and width in clay.  Perfect for mica shift, mokume gane and general texturing.
• Dragging design block: creates evenly spaced lines and ros in clay.  Excellent for bargello, even lines and general texturing.

How to use: Lightly spray design block with water to act as a release agent.  Apply even pressure to design block with hands to impress clay.  To get a deeper impression roll over top of design block with acrylic roller.  Gently remove design block to reveal impression in clay.

Tips: to easily clean, use water as a release with each application.  Wipe clean with baby wipes or soap and water.
