Feather Tool

A feather tool is a sharp multi pointed wire tool used by polymer artists to:

• make patterns scratching,
• quickly create a texture of multi dots,
• to add a feathered texture,
• use for sgraffito technique (scratching layers to reveal another colour underneath), and
• create a fur texture.
