Van Aken Claytoon Bendy Bones Armatures are snap-off segmented plastic support sticks for use with clay.

Claytoon Bendy Bones Armatures can be used on both oven hardening and non hardening, (bakeable and non bakeable clays) and snap-off where needed.

The following advice provided by Van Aken should be followed:

“You may cure Bendy Bones in Kato with the recommended temperature of 148 C (300 F) (similar with Kato). However, the maximum curing temperature should not exceed 160 C (325 F)“. 

Each pack contains:

  • 8 each of green, white and black colours
  • A total of 24 sticks 145mm (5 3/4 inches) in length
  • Each stick is made up of snap off segments with 6mm (1/4 inch) spacings
