Perfect for stringing your jewellery and is a popular traditional material used for stringing polymer clay projects.
8mm diameter sold by the metre in one continuous length.
Design Tips:
- Dab Lumiere Acrylic paint (in colours to match your jewellery) onto the cord using a sea sponge and bake at a low temperature to heat set the paint.
- Make a sliding closure from polymer clay, or
- Glue on end caps with a clasp using Loctite Gel Control Super Glue
- Make a bead with a half depth hole the same diameter as the cord. Glue the bead onto one end of the cord after baking. Make a loop on the other end of the cord large enough for the bead to go through. Glue the loop together. This is a lovely and economical way to make a clasp (see diagram below).
